UPS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
LOCAL VIEW: UPS Monitoring SW
The ideal point-to-point software for UPS monitoring and shutdown of Windows, Linux and MAC OS X operating systems Local View is a software program for managing and monitoring UPS units via USB or RS232 is the serial port, which will automatically shut down systems in the event of prolonged power outages, thereby preventing loss of data and damage to the system in situations where the computer is not supervised by an operator at the actual moment of the power failure. Simple, immediately user friendly and available in various languages, the software provides clear, detailed and instant information on UPS status, making it suitable even for users with minimal expertise. Local View can be updated via the Internet, ensuring the very latest functionality is available and provide the maximum level of protection for computers, workstations and servers.
REMOTE VIEW PRO Supervision SW
Central supervision system using Ethernet network, for UPS units equipped with WEB/SNMP interface For system supervisors and technicians needing to keep large installations incorporating multiple UPS units under control, Socomec has the REMOTE VIEW PRO supervision program for Windows®. REMOTE VIEW PRO is a centralised monitoring program for UPS units operating over an IP network, simpler and less costly than complex NMS platforms, and able to provide simultaneous monitoring of up to 1000 devices equipped with WEB/SNMP Interface. REMOTE VIEW PRO can monitor all UPS using standard RFC1628 MIB file. REMOTE VIEW PRO will allow simultaneous monitoring of UPS units on a LAN or Internet across wide geographical areas, using just one screen, accessible via web browser.
JNC: Shutdown SW agent
Shutdown clients for remote servers on Local Area Network If a central UPS system is being used to supply power to several computers, data protection for all of the connected devices must be guaranteed in the event of the UPS becoming exposed to critical conditions, such as near-total battery discharge during a prolonged power cut. This can be accomplished by connecting the UPS to the LAN and installing the JNC remote shutdown client on each remote computer powered by the UPS.
VIRTUAL JNC: Shutdown solution for VM
Shutdown clients for virtual machine infrastructures using MicrosoftTM Hyper-V, VMware® or CITRIX XenServer operating system If a UPS is being used to supply power to Host and Clusters it can be configured to respond to critical conditions by bringing about a controlled shutdown of the entire virtual infrastructure. With the UPS connected to the LAN, the VIRTUAL JNC shutdown client can be installed on the infrastructure in a single operation.
Shutdown SW agent: solution for NUTANIX
Shutdown clients for virtual machine infrastructures using NUTANIX AHV If a UPS is being used to supply power to Host and Clusters it can be configured to respond to critical conditions by bringing about a controlled shutdown of the entire virtual infrastructure. With the UPS connected to the LAN, the VIRTUAL JNC shutdown client can be installed on the infrastructure in a single operation. VIRTUAL JNC is compatible with NetVision interfaces.
STATYS XS
XS Config enable setting customisation and point-to-point monitoring for STATYS XS WEB/SNMP card is a Professional network adapter for monitoring and controlling your STATYS XS from a remote location XS Config is a software program for managing and monitoring STATYS XS via USB or RS232 serial port. It enables quick and easy customisation of the unit parameters The WEB/SNMP card allows direct connection of a UPS to the IPv4 or IPv6 Ethernet network, thereby enabling remote management of the UPS — with protected access — using a web browser, a TELNET interface or an NMS application via SNMP protocol. Since the connection protocols used HTTP, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP v1 and v3 and others ; it does not depend on the platform and operating system, it is extremely flexible and adaptable to all systems.
NET VISION: WEB/SNMP Interface
Professional network adapter for monitoring and controlling UPS units from a remote location The NET VISION network adapter allows direct connection of a UPS to the IPv4 or IPv6 Ethernet network, thereby enabling remote management of the UPS — with protected access — using a web browser, a TELNET interface or an NMS application via SNMP protocol. Since the connection protocols used (HTTP, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP v1 and v3, WOL, RADIUS and others) do not depend on the platform and operating system, NET VISION is extremely flexible and adaptable to all systems. In addition to its control and monitoring potential, the NET VISION interface is capable of providing a high level of protection for UPS-powered servers; under critical conditions, for example, up to 250 UPS-powered devices can be shut down in an ordered and controlled sequence, guaranteeing data integrity. Remote shutdown is guaranteed by a shutdown client, which must be installed on all computers requiring an automatic shutdown capability. Net Vision clients are native for certain operating systems, or alternatively, the universal JNC shutdown client can be used.
RT VISION: WEB/SNMP Card for NETYS RT
XS Config enable setting customisation and point-to-point monitoring for STATYS XS WEB/SNMP card is a Professional network adapter for monitoring and controlling your STATYS XS from a remote location XS Config is a software program for managing and monitoring STATYS XS via USB or RS232 serial port. PDU VISION: WEB/SNMP Card for PDU
Network adapter for remote monitoring of vertical Power Distribution Units (zero-U PDU) The PDU VISION network adapter allows direct connection of zero-U vertical PDU systems to the Ethernet network using HTTP, DHCP, SMTP and SNMP v1 and v3 protocols for remote monitoring.
PROFIBUS INTERFACE
External Profibus adapter for MASTERYS and DELPHYS UPS models The PROFIBUS adapter allows UPS models of the MASTERYS and DELPHYS families to be connected to a PROFIBUS network.
STATYS: Ethernet Interface
Integrated Ethernet interface for Statys Statys static transfer systems have an integrated Ethernet interface that supports HTTP, DHCP, SMTP, MODBUS TCP and SNMP v1 protocols for remote monitoring.
INTELLIGENT iPDUs: Ethernet Interface
Integrated Ethernet interface for iPDUs Socomec iPDU intelligent power distribution systems have an integrated Ethernet interface that supports HTTP, DHCP, SMTP, and SNMP v1 and v3 protocols for the remote monitoring and control of individual sockets and of on-load power usage.
JBUS/MODBUS Interface
The common protocol of Socomec UPS units The common protocol of Socomec UPS units is JBUS/MODBUS The addressing table of JBUS/MODBUS gives information and efficient data organisation (such as operating statuses, alerts and measurements). This protocol is available via RS232 or RS485 depending on the UPS model, or in certain cases via TCP (via an optional interface).
BACNET interface
BACNET interface for MASTERYS and DELPHYS UPS models BACNET interface allows UPS models of the MASTERYS and DELPHYS families to be connected to a BACNET network for BMS management.
