Automatic Voltage Regulatory

Irem is an Italian Company founded in 1947, Worldwide leader in design and manufacture of equipment for the control and generation of electric energy. The parameters that define the performance of a voltage stabilizer are the power, the compensation and the working temperature.
These terms have a significant impact on the constructive definition of the voltage stabilizer and therefore on its value. Some variables may affect the data relating to the power (kVA) of the stabilizer: the service class, the fluctuation of the input voltage value and the ambient temperature.

THE SERVICE CLASS

The projects of the IREM voltage stabilizers are designed to operate in continuous service (the heaviest service at rated power for an unlimited time), i.e. they are sized to work continuously with 100% duty-cycle and, thanks to the use of top quality materials, they can withstand the maximum expected power for an unlimited time.

THE FLUCTUATION OF THE INPUT VOLTAGE

One of the strengths of IREM voltage stabilizers is the ability to stabilize, for an unlimited time and maintaining the required performance, the output voltage even with the network in the worst conditions, i.e. when the voltage reaches its minimum value.

THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE

Heavy Duty is also made possible thanks to the type of cooling that IREM offers: natural ventilation (FAN-FREE).This type of cooling is made possible by the combination: use of highly qualified materials and a correct sizing criterion.

IREM MAINTAINS WHAT IT DECLARES:

The level of Power Quality that is sought when purchasing an IREM voltage stabilizer is guaranteed by the use of solutions that do not limit the power for a certain period and that do not disable the regulation or worsen the value of the voltage supplied.
